My Story
I moved to Buffalo in 2014. I enjoy living in a new community with a new culture. I want to be part of this community and make a positive impact. I love working with children, and I find so much joy in teaching and helping them learn. I am always striving to learn new things myself.
What Brings Me Joy
My greatest joy in life is my family. I love seeing happiness around me, and I like to help people. I also like to learn new things and acquire new skills.
What I'm Good At
I am good at being patient and hard working. I am also good at building strong relationships. These qualities have helped me succeed in my life.
What the World Needs
The world needs more kindness. Harshness and thoughtlessness are often present, and kindness can help counteract them. I believe that kindness is a powerful force for good, and I want to be part of spreading it.
Why Commons?
When I reviewed Buffalo Commons' mission and vision, I decided it was a school where I could find a spot and take my first step as a teacher in my new community. Here everyone has something to offer and we grow together. I am committed to helping my students to be the best leaders for the future.
