About the Position

High expectations and robust support are an essential part of what makes Commons an inspiring learning community where all children can thrive. As the Assistant Director of School Community, you will be an integral part of the student support team, working in conjunction with the Director of School Community to facilitate high-quality and meaningful prosocial skill acquisition for students. The Assistant Director of School Community reports to the Director of School Community.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Supports maintenance of school culture

  • Assists in maintaining student discipline systems

  • Facilitates restorative practices

  • Supports parent involvement initiatives

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Similar or adjacent experience (preferred)

  • Practical written, oral, and visual communications skills
